How is GPA calculated?
GPA = sum of (grade points × credits) ÷ total credits. An A (4.0) in a 3-credit class contributes 12 quality points.
What is a 4.0 scale?
A=4.0, B=3.0, C=2.0, D=1.0, F=0. Plus/minus scales often use 3.7 for A− and 3.3 for B+.
Weighted vs unweighted GPA?
Unweighted caps at 4.0. Weighted honors/AP scales may go to 5.0. Enter the points your school assigns.
How many classes can I add?
