Timesheet Calculator
Add up to six timesheet lines with hours and an optional per-line rate. Totals hours and estimated pay using the default rate when a line rate is 0.
How to use this timesheet calculator
A timesheet calculator is line-item work: jobs, customers, or cost codes—not a Monday–Sunday punch grid. Leave rate at 0 to use the default wage. For a weekly time card with clock times, use the Time Card Calculator.
Formula
Worked example
3h + 2.5h + 1.5h at $24 = 7 hours and $168.

Frequently asked questions
Can each line have a different rate?
Yes. Enter a rate on the line, or 0 to use the default.
Is this a weekly timesheet?
It is a list of hours, not days. Put “Mon job A” in your own notes; the math is hours × rate.
More than six lines?
Run two batches and add the totals, or use the Hours Calculator for hours-only.
