How to use this hourly pay calculator
This hourly pay calculator assumes you already split regular/OT/DT. To split a week of daily hours automatically, use the Overtime Calculator. To use a blended FLSA regular rate from two wages, use Overtime Pay Calculator.
Formula
Gross = regular × wage + OT × wage × OT multiplier + DT × wage × DT multiplier.
Worked example
40 regular + 6 OT at $22 and 1.5× = $880 + $198 = $1,078.

Frequently asked questions
How do I calculate hourly pay with overtime?
Pay straight time on regular hours and 1.5× (or your multiplier) on OT hours. Add double-time if any.
Is this net pay?
No. Gross before tax, benefits, and garnishments.
What if all 46 hours are entered as regular?
You would underpay OT. Split hours first on the Overtime Calculator.
